Kickboxing

I've started kickboxing!

I got bitten by the boxing-bug when I was in London and just had to keep it up in Wellington.

I found a good boxing club 5 minutes away from where I live, but all the boxing sessions were at 18:00, so it was a bit tight to get to from work.

No pain, no gain!
There was, however, kickboxing at 19:00, so I thought that I should try that out. They told me it is exactly what it sounds like - boxing, but with a lot of work-out leg-wise as well.

It turns out that the first few sessions where you really don't know what you're doing can be quite punishing for you poor IT/office legs.

It looks worse than it is and I'm really enjoying it. It's a great workout!
